Lime and mandarin, leesy creamy notes and masses of butter croissant. This has a fresh lively palate with smoky - toasty elements, exceptional balance and length. Wow.

Very rich aroma of dates and strawberries on the nose, with a fig puree flavour on the palate along with some crême caramel, and a really powerful richness. This is smoky, earthy, volcanic wine.

Smoky, gamey and slightly tarry aromas, but with sweet blackberry on the nose. Full, dry, sweet fruit palate with savoury peppery notes, high tannin and acidity. Set to improve further.
